Admission
Admission in Army Public School, Tezpur for the admission 2020 – 2021 (Admission will be accepted according to the last year session 2019-20)
This is lo info mi all the major/minor units that the admission for the new Academic Session 2019-20 in Army Public School, Tezpur for Classes I to X will be carried on as per the following procedure:-
1. Registration Form/Admission form will be issued from 15 Feb 2019 to 28 Feb 2019 on all working days between 0900 hr to 1200 hr from the school office.
2. The last date of submission of forms will be on or before 07 March 2019.
3. Cost of application/Registration Form and Brochure for Defence Personnel is Rs 100 /- and for civilian is Rs 200 /-.
4. Entrance examination for admissions for Class-11 to X (Wards of Army personnel transferred from another school) will be held on 19 Mar 2019 on the school premises from 0800 hr onwards.
5. Oral Entrance Test for the students other than the Army category for Cl-I will be conducted on 20 Mar 2019 at 0900 hrs.
# Admission to Class-1 for the wards of Army personnel will be held from 26 Mar 2019 onwards from 0900hr to 1200 hr.
# The minimum age for admission in the Class-I will be 05 years as on 31 Mar 2019
Required Documents of the admission
1. Original Transfer Certificate of the previous school if the student is from Army School/APS/KV. In the case of any other school, the TC should be countersigned by the District Education Officer (DEO) or CBSE representative.
2. Two a Passport size photograph.
3. Photocopy of birth certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or extract a copy of Part-11 order duly signed by Commanding Officer of the Unit.
4. Salary Certificate/Service certificate (for Defence person) duly signed by CO of the unit.
5. Admission for Class-11 onwards academic progress report of the final exam of the last school attended in original should be produced at the time of admission. Photocopy of the progress report to be attached to the application form during its submission.

Note – Admission Forms will not be issued to Civ PCRs as the Vacancy in CI- II to X and cl XII is not available.
