Admission
(i) Fresh and New admission can be made in the school through-out the session.
(ii) Serving Army personnel’s coming on children who transfer they are given admission with the transfer from any time and during the year will not deny for any subject. however in classes IX to XII according to the stipulation laid down by the CBSE. and not deny will be refused admission.
(iii) The priorities for admission will be children of serving Army personnel only.
Academic Session
The academic session starts from the 1st week of April till the month of March of next year.
School Timings
Summer Timings – 7:30 am to 1:40 pm
Winter Timings – 8:00 am to 2:10 pm
A. The second and fourth Saturday of every month will be a holiday.
B. The last working day of every month will be a half-day.
C. Classes I-V will observe a holiday every Saturday.
Visiting Hours
A. No parents/guardians are allowed to visit the teachers or students in the classrooms during school hours without the permission of Principal/ Vice-Principal.
B. In case of emergency, the teachers can be contacted during the break or immediately after the period.
No school matters will be entertained on holidays.
Examination
Scheme Of Examinations & Pass Criteria: (General Conditions) given below-
(i) Akhil Bhartiya Delhi, Delhi Senior School Certificate release through the board and for the admission Pass Criteria for All India, passed for the examination a complete a scheme which is laid down from time to time.
(ii) Class XI/IX examination shall be conducted internally by the school themselves.
(iii) The Board will conduct the external examinations at the end of Class 12th/Class 10th.
(iv) Class 12th/Class 10th examinations will be based on the syllabi as prescribed by the Board for class 12th/10th respectively from time to time.
(v) No. of papers, duration of examination & marks for each subject or paper will be as specified in the curriculum for the year.
(vi) The Examination would be held in theory as well as in practical, depending upon the nature of the subjects & the marks or grades allotted shall be as prescribed in the curriculum.
(vii) Marks or grades shall be awarded for individual subjects & the aggregate marks shall not be given.
