Admission Process

 

1. In the year anytime the children of serving Army Personnel coming on transfer we give admission. After the evaluation test, we will give admission to the school from coming to the Army School/APS. Admission will be made at the beginning of the academic year based on the availability of seats and merit, for other categories.

2. Interested candidates who admission in the school, Parent/Guardians of students seeking admission must apply on the Registration Form which is available on the school office.

3. Posting/Movement order must be submitted at the time of submitting the application form for admission.

4. With the application form submitted certificate must be along –

(a) Document of Age Certificate.

(i) In the case of Defence personnel extract of their record of service attested by their commanding officer. OR

(ii) Document of the Birth issued through Military/Civil hospital or Municipality/Village Panchayat.

(b) Transfer Certificate from last school for classes by upward. Although school is not an Army School/KV/APS the Transfer certificate is countersigned through the competent authority means District Education Officer. candidates who not be studied in the army school, in this case, the parents and guardian should be given a letter to that effect.

Eligibility

 

According to them during the year not be less than five years of age as on 31sth March which admission is sought to class is fixed for –the subsequent classes.

 

Re-Admission

 

Candidates who fee defaulters will be accepted on payment pf the admission fee and first week of the month fine the candidates. The decision of the Principal for granting re-admission will be final.
