Army Public School Basistha is situated on the Dispur Basistha Road, near 151 Base Hospital which is Set amidst the lush green environment of the Astachal Hills. The APS school is aim is Inculcating a feeling of oneness and discipline among the future torch-bearers of the nation and also ensuring the nation’s unity is our strong belief here at Army Public School Basistha. 4. Junior Computer Laboratory is equipped with 40 computers, Senior Computer Laboratory is equipped with 20 computers. Both the Computer Laboratories offer a 1:1 ratio for students.
5. A Language Lab with the capacity to accommodate 40 students.
6. A well-equipped e-Library with a wide range of Reference Books and interesting fiction and factual reading material supported by Kindle Stations for different age groups.
7. E-granthalaya is being effectively used.
8. State d’Art Science laboratories are fully equipped to meet the growing needs of the children.
9. Playgrounds and sports facilities are available inside the school campus.

1. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, bearing Affiliation No. 230022. The syllabus and the course are as prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education for the 10+2 system.
2. The school curriculum upto Class 8th covers English, Mathematics, Science, Hindi, Sanskrit, Social Sciences, Art, Value Education, and Craft, Music, General Knowledge, Computer and Physical Education.
